Visiting Assistant Professor.
Jennifer Steinkamp is an internationally exhibiting artist working with computer animated projections fit into architectural installations. Her work is part of the collection at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles and MOCA, North Miami. She has been included In many exhibitions including: The 47th Biennale of Venice; Sunshine and Noir, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art; MoCA, Los Angeles; The Henry Art Gallery, Seattle. Her work has been televised and published internationally. She has been the recipient of two NEA grants, the Getty Individual grant, a research grant from Art Center College of Design, and two Art Matters grants. In addition to her artistic endeavors, she has also worked for major film and television production houses, including Robert Abel and Associates, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Disney Imagineering, and Silicon Studio. She also teaches computer animation at Dreamworks and Art Center College of Design. She is the founder of Blush Computer Animation and has clients such as U2 PopMart tour, ReVerb for MTV, Weiden and Kennedy for Microsoft, Virgin Records. B.A., M.F.A., Art Center College of Design.
